BRP is a component of "The Recovery Spending Watchdog" project, which is implemented by: the Center for Economic Strategy, the Institute of Economic Research and Policy Consulting, and the NGO Technology of Progress.
The goal of the project is to build an independent system of monitoring national budget expenditures and donor funds for Ukraine’s recovery, to analyze these costs and to engage citizens in recovery monitoring.
The project is financed by the European Union, and individual components by USAID, Prague Civil Society Center and KSE. All project participants are members of the RISE coalition.

7+ years of experience in fundraising, 8 years in finance and insurance. She was responsible for the portfolio of donor projects in some of the most successful reform projects - Prozorro, e-Health and the startup StudyDive.com
Hnat Zabrodskyi
Chief lawyer of the project
Curator, lawyer with 10+ years of experience, institutional development specialist. He has worked on projects implemented in cooperation with the EBRD, Kyiv School of Economics, USAID, etc. He is fond of triathlon, ultra-long distance races, and the works of Oleksa Novakivskyi and Fedir Krychevskyi.
Vasyl Zadvorny
Head of IT-development of the project
18+ years of experience in digital business transformation, product management and government reforms. Former CEO of Prozorro, where he transformed the state-owned enterprise into a sustainable IT company and successfully transferred the e-procurement system from Amazon to the Ukrainian data center.

Deputy executive director of CES since 2015. She researches state policies aimed at ensuring macro-stability and development of capital markets - fiscal policy, monetary policy, financial sector policies.

The leading expert of the Institute of Economic Research and Policy Consulting, coordinates the activities of the IER in this project. Her area of interests includes everything related to GDP in general and public finances in particular.
