1. General Provisions

1.1. The Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") defines the list, procedure for use, and disclosure of user data, which constitute information or a set of information (personal data) about an individual who is identified or can be identified. Data is collected by the "Big Recovery Portal" project (hereinafter referred to as the "Project"), which is a part of the "The Recovery Spending Watchdog" project, implemented by the Center for Economic Strategy, the Institute for Economic Research and the public organization "Technology of Progress." The management of the Project's Website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") is carried out by the public organization "Technology of Progress" (hereinafter referred to as the "Organization").

1.2. Personal data is used and processed in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection," other laws of Ukraine, conventions (agreements) ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and the Organization's internal documents.
Personal data is stored no longer than necessary in accordance with the purpose of its processing.
The Organization does not collect any information for which certain processing requirements are established by law, such as information on racial or ethnic origin, political, religious, or philosophical beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, criminal convictions, health data, sexual life, biometric, or genetic data.

1.3. The Project does not collect personal information from the visitors of the publicly accessible sections of the Website.

1.4. When registering individuals who provide information in the personal account on the Website, the Project collects personal information solely to the extent necessary for identification and maintaining contact to involve individuals in monitoring the quality and appropriateness of projects and overseeing the construction process.

1.5. The Organization may collect the following information about individuals who provide information:
- Last name, first name, patronymic;
- Email address, contact phone number.

1.6. The Project may also collect other information necessary to achieve its purpose, which is to be reflected in updated versions of this Policy.

1.7. Additionally, individuals who provide information may log in to their personal account on the Website through social media accounts, including Facebook/Google+. In such cases, the Project, although it gains access to all visible information contained in the social network account according to privacy settings, collects and uses only the last name, first name, email address, contact phone number, and physical address (if specified in the respective network account) from Facebook or Google+ accounts.

2. Use of Information

2.1. The purpose of using the information and personal data is:
- Fulfilling the responsibilities and duties under the current legislation;
- Implementing a mechanism for monitoring the quality of reconstruction projects;
- Achieving the direct and indirect goals of the Project;
- Recognizing Website users;
- Creating and ensuring the functionality of the user's electronic account;
- Supporting users in working with the Website;
- Sending information (messages) to the email address or phone number provided by the data subject.

2.2. The Project may use and/or transfer photos/information about the reconstruction process of an object, as well as contact information of individuals who provide information, exclusively to representatives of government and local authorities, public organizations, and other Project partners who are directly or indirectly involved in monitoring the quality of reconstruction projects.

2.3. The Project does not disclose or transfer personal data of individuals who provide information, as well as photos/information regarding the quality of reconstruction projects, to any other third parties.

2.4. The information collected by the Project is used solely for achieving the Project's purpose and to the extent necessary for its realization, identification, and maintaining contact with individuals who provide information.

2.5. The Project maintains strict confidentiality of all information and personal data, prevents third-party or unauthorized access to personal data, takes all necessary measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, and stores information only for the period necessary to achieve the Project's purpose.

3. Use of Cookies

3.1. The Website may use cookies. These files are used solely to ensure the efficient, fast, and secure functioning of the Website/personal accounts of individuals who provide information. Users can block, disable, and delete cookies through the appropriate web browser and/or device.

4. Changes to the Privacy Policy

4.1. The Organization reserves the right to change the Policy at any time by updating it and publishing the changes on the Website.

4.2. Users are required to periodically review these terms to stay informed about how the Organization protects user information on the Website.

4.3. The Organization is not responsible for any damage or losses incurred by the User or third parties as a result of misunderstanding or misinterpretation of this Privacy Policy's terms, instructions, or guidelines on using the Website.

5. Other Provisions

5.1. If any provision of the Privacy Policy, including any clause, section, or part thereof, is found to be contrary to law or invalid, the remaining provisions that do not contradict the law will remain in force and valid. Any invalid provision, or provision that cannot be enforced, will be considered modified to the extent necessary to ensure its validity and enforceability.

5.2. The User has the rights provided by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection."

5.3. This Privacy Policy applies to the User from the moment the User agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy on the Website.
